Abstract

Abstract: Motor is a movement activity that can be moved by the body through brain commands.Motor development, namely the growth of the body movement process that experiences maturity of body movements.The steps for this research and service activity begin with the following process: (1) Planning by starting observations through communication media, (2) Collecting data on training participants in the Rumbai Pesisir sub-district, (3) The description of the material by a team of lecturers then continues with a discussion, then restand friendly with the participants.The results of this study are that apart from meeting the academic qualifications a teacher is required to have technical skills in educating early childhood.This technical ability is the basis for carrying out learning activities.The solutions that must be improved in the teaching and learning process are increasing pedagogical, personal, social and professional competences.
