Perhitungan Kebutuhan Kalori dan Penyusunan Menu Gizi Sehat Berimbang Pada Guru Penjasorkes Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir
Abstract
The preparation of balanced healthy nutrition is very important to know for physical education teachers and athletes in achieving, this is because the development period of an athlete is influenced, one of which is the nutrition of the athletes. In addition, nutrition also has an effect on strengthening the immunity and endurance of an athlete. This community service activity is implemented with a workshop method for 3 (three) days with speakers by lecturers according to their fields of expertise and in collaboration with the ISORI organization. This service activity has provided understanding, guidance, and experience for teachers in Rumbai Sub-district regarding the preparation of a balanced healthy nutrition menu so that it can be applied by teachers while on duty to carry out the profession at school, as well as athletes.
